"The accounting system I used at work was poorly designed, and Todd was always having to help me fix the problems. It would lock up, and he would unfreeze it for me. Due to the continual problems, Todd set up a backup to protect all of my data. And thank goodness! He had to help me restore ALL of my information two times. When the program got really screwed up, it required someone like Todd, who has in depth knowledge of computers, to talk to technical support and completely uninstall and reinstall the entire system.
