Looking for some computer help? I help the huddled masses yearning to breathe free of arrogant geeks who overcharge, upsell, and under-deliver. I assist those who haven't heard from their "computer guy" after 12 calls and 31 emails over 4 weeks. I rescue the frightened little lamb when the big bad trojan is trying to blow down her door (wait, that was supposed to be a pig, wasn't it!) Oops... Well, hopefully you've gotten the picture.

When I first sat down to update my website (several years back), I wanted something eye-catching and glossy. Something that looked professional and clean. Something that would give people the impression that I was excellent at what I did, that I was a stand-up kind of guy, and that their trust in me would be a sure bet. The iterations of this website have been many. Through fits and starts, long periods of zero motivation, and short ones of creative zeal, I have created what you are looking at (and yes, I know that I just ended a sentence with a preposition, please forgive me, my nameless favorite English teacher).

Whether this website succeeds at it's goal of conveying those ideas, or not, I have come to realize that the best way that you could get a sense of ME, is by writing here as if I were talking to you, personally. After all, there are lots of people around that fix computers. The only thing that differentiates us, is that I'm the only Me.

Having a real, face-to-face conversation isn't possible on a website, so what I've done is presume that you will be interested in (and ask about) things that many other people have asked me about over the years. And by "asking" and answering them in plain layman's language, you will hopefully get some insight into what kind of person I am, and what kind of business I have.

So, that's how this thing will work. Feel free to view the pages in any order that interests you. There will not be a test on this later.
